A private rooftop terrace showcases gorgeous Gulf views and comes furnished for leisurely outdoor living. There’s also a gas grill on the ground-floor patio for cooking up fresh-caught seafood feasts. Ed Walline Public Beach Access is only a two-block from the home, as are popular bars and dining options along 30A.
Walton County has opened the 393 Municipal Parking Facility just 0.25 miles from Ed Walline Beach Access. With 74 new parking spaces, ADA and LSV spots, bike parking, and a new restroom facility, getting to the beach and around Gulf Place is now even easier for guests!
