Neighborhood:
This property is located in Central Queenstown. Queenstown sits on the edge of Lake Wakatipu and is surrounded by mountains and hill ranges including The Remarkables and Coronet Peak. It’s one of New Zealand’s most beautiful regions and offers year round attractions.
Widely know for our adventure sports activities, Queenstown is also a base for exploring the regions vineyards and historic mining towns. There’s bungee jumping off Kawarau Gorge Suspension Bridge and jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers as well as more relaxing pursuits like the Onsen Hot Pools or wining and dining at some of our world class restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
This apartment is very close to town- a 2 minute walk. There are numerous bus stops at the bottom of the hill on Ballarat street. Public transport is very accessible. The apartment comes with 1 allocated car park and there is on street parking within close proximity to the building.
Other things to note:
Access via stairs.
There is a complex behind these apartments that are being demolished and rebuilt, this could create noise during the day and extra care accessing via car will need to be taken.
The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
