This apartment is spread across three floors. Two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the ground level floor, the third bedroom and ensuite are located on the bottom floor. The kitchen, living and balcony area are all located on the top floor. There are flights of stairs from floor to floor

The well-equipped kitchen welcomes you with open arms, blending practicality and culinary delight for an enjoyable cooking experience. Appreciate the simplicity and convenience of a kitchen designed for your comfort.
The sizable lounge and dining area create enough space to entertain with a large flat screen smart TV equipped with Sky, Netflix and other streaming sites. There is a gas fire that adds a touch of warmth and ambience for the colder months, and a slider door opens out to the balcony for the warmer months, where you can enjoy an alfresco moment.

Group bookings: if you are booking with multiple family and friends and you need to book another apartment in this complex. We also manage Tahuna Views and Lomond Views.
Location:
Located just above the CBD (a 15-minute walk into town) There are three different ways to walk to and from the apartment to town. The quickest way is following the road down into town, which means an incline on the way home. However, you can also walk along the top of the hillside and take the stairs or walk through the QT and Rydges hotel using the elevator.
’The Alps’ is easily accessible to the many great outdoor pursuits Queenstown has to offer ranging from adventure activities, walkways and world-renowned golf courses and ski slopes.

The house has a pin code to access, which we will provide you before your stay, so you can self-check in if you wish.
Apartment 11 is right at the end of the apartment block and you can park in the carport area- park 11A and 11B.
- Interaction
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. Rebecca or Hunter will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

This property is located in Central Queenstown. Queenstown sits on the edge of Lake Wakatipu and is surrounded by mountains and hill ranges including The Remarkables and Coronet Peak. It’s one of New Zealand’s most beautiful regions and offers year round attractions.
Widely know for our adventure sports activities, Queenstown is also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There’s bungee jumping off Kawarau Gorge Suspension Bridge and jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers as well as more relaxing pursuits like the Onsen Hot Pools or wining and dining at some of our world class restaurants and bars.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
