Nature lovers will be amazed at the natural beauty and wildlife (deer, cotton-tailed rabbits, etc.) that surround this Oceanfront home. Nothing between you and the ocean and just seventy yards away. Lush natural foliage on all sides--including protected ’toothache trees’, bayberry, fragrant Russian olive and blackberry. Enjoy some of the best birdwatching on the East Coast--located on the mid-Atlantic pathway and many seabirds. Fall and early spring are particularly spectacular for the picturesque migrations. Wake to the sun rising over the ocean, grazing deer on the sand dunes and osprey carrying their breakfast from the ocean; End the day with breathtaking sunsets from the west side deck while listening to the ocean waves crash in the background.
This Oceanfront Sanderling townhome is suitable for any season: winter, spring, summer or fall! Open the doors and windows on the top floor to allow the spring ocean breezes to blow through the house. In the winter, curl up by the wood fireplace while watching the waves crash along the shoreline.
