Perched on the banks of the beautiful Waikato River this luxurious accommodation is the perfect private retreat after an adventurous day out exploring Lake Taupo. Relax on the deck in the beautifully landscaped gardens to the sound of the river with the ambience of the outdoor gas fireplace, perfect for those cooler summer evenings or clear winter nights. Offering multiple accommodation options to cater for families or groups of up to 8 guests there are spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With an entertainer’s kitchen and scullery and multiple living areas with easy access to enjoy the outdoor spaces, you are guaranteed to make happy holiday memories. The master bedroom boasts gorgeous river views and a private ensuite with bath, shower and toilet The outdoor hot-tub is perfect for soaking in after a day of activities. Please note – there are 2 gas fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor), You are most welcome to use these. The indoor wood-fire can not be used. The garage can not be used for parking a vehicle but you are most welcome to store any outdoor equipment bikes etc in the garage. This property is located in a peaceful gated-community. Nespresso pod coffee machine provided – just bring your own pods Room Configuration: Master bedroom: 1 x King bed + ensuite Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed (can be made up as 2 x Single beds on request) Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 x King-Single beds (can be made up as 1 x Super King on request) Please note - if you would like beds made up together or split, please let us know 7 days prior to your arrival. House Rules and Information: Parking: There is parking space for 4 vehicles in the driveway along with garage parking for up to 2 vehicles Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
