Highland House: # 102-104: 2 Bath - Master Bedroom: Queen Bed - Bedroom #2 Pyramid Bunk. Sleeper Sofa in the living room area. Small mini Fridge and small microwave, coffee pot in 2nd Bedroom. This unit has a large deck that allows you to view all the happenings in the village from concerts to some of the most spectacular sunsets in Snowshoe. The entire complex is within walking distance of the Ski & Snowboard Shops, Restaurants, and not to mention the slopes. Community Hot Tub is also available. LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE SLOPE SIDE Access Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION UPDATED HOUSE RULES: - Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements. - The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver’s license, and a selfie holding their driver’s license for verification - A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking - No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a USD250.00 charge to the credit card on file - No Smoking -No large gatherings - Check in time is after 4:00 PM - Check out time is 10:00 AM - Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am - Minimum age of reservation holder is 25 - No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made. - For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of USD100.00 is charged at the time of booking.
