38 Angler Street is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachside house sleeping up to 8 guests and is ideal for larger families. Stretching across two levels, this home is beautifully designed to frame the views over Laguna Bay, extending all the way to Double Island Point.
Situated just a short 10-minute walk from the iconic Hastings Street and Noosa’s main beach, you have the best of Noosa just at your doorstep. A 10-minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to the local foodie haunt of Noosa Junction restaurants.
The Space
Situated behind a security gate for privacy, 38 Angler Street features extensive Merbau timber decks that lead to a sun-drenched area adorned with frangipani-trimmed, travertine-tiled surroundings, embracing a stunning 12-meter pool. The outdoor space is complete with a pool cabana, offering a full alfresco kitchen, dining facilities, a wine fridge, hot and cold outdoor showers, day beds, a fireplace, and a built-in television.
The home features polished timber floors, with one wing featuring open-plan living and dining space, an executive office, and a kitchen with Canadian maple cupboards and stone bench tops. The gourmet kitchen features everything you need for your holiday, including a Bosch dishwasher, Panasonic microwave, Smeg induction cooktop, large capacity S/S fridge/freezer, water filter, InSinkErator and a Nespresso machine (bring your favourite pods).
On the opposite wing, which opens out to the north-facing deck is the expansive lounge/media room with two guest bedrooms. Upstairs is a chic master suite with a king bed, private deck, walk-in dressing room, and a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity and spa bath.
Bedroom 2 features a king bed with an ensuite, while bedroom 3 offers two king singles that can be joined together or separated upon request. Bedroom 4 is complete with a queen bed, and bedroom 5 includes three single beds.
The entire property is equipped with ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Additionally, there is a dedicated media room with a large-screen smart TV and a lounge area with another smart TV that opens onto an undercover deck with views of Laguna Bay. Other amenities include a separate executive study, free Wi-Fi, and Apple TV (personal account required) in the living area (excluding the media room).
Your choice of indoor or outdoor dining is available with a full dining suite adjacent to the kitchen plus an outdoor dining area on the deck - and the third choice is in the pool cabana. There’s an expansive grassed area for relaxation and children’s play.
The laundry area is equipped with an LG front-loader washing machine, LG dryer, and outside clothesline. There is also a lock-up garage for 2 cars plus driveway parking behind a secure gate.
Noosa Main Beach is just a short 10-minute walk from the property and there are two options:
For the more adventurous, there is a more direct path to the beach via the gate at the bottom of the garden. There is a 150 meter, sandy trail running through the Noosa Council Bush Reserve that joins onto Alma Way taking you through Pepper’s Resort and straight to the Noosa Surf Club. Be aware that if the track has not been used for a while, it may be slightly difficult to follow, but we have provided a detailed picture for your reference. If you cannot make out the track, the owner advises to stay close to the fence (on your left hand side when heading to the beach) until you see the small creek at the bottom of the track and then cut out onto the road just before the bridge (called Sloane’s Crossing) on Alma Way.
Another easy option for walking to Hastings Street is via a cement path that runs from the end of Attunga Heights. This adds 400 meters to the journey, but it is an easy walk and the path is very well lit at night. A detailed picture is provided for your reference in the image gallery.
