Guests are welcome to use the garage space available, driveway and/or street parking, which provide plenty of space for your vehicles during your stay. - If you plan to moor a vessel during your stay, please notify our office in advance to ensure proper preparation. The jetty accommodates one guest watercraft at a time. Guests may moor either a boat or jet skis, but not both simultaneously. Please note that the owner’s jet skis are permanently moored and are not available for guest use. - Parties, gatherings, functions, and ’school leaver’ bookings are strictly prohibited. - A $2,000 security bond is required. This will be released upon departure, subject to the property being cleaned and inspected.
