With 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and a private courtyard with pool, this spacious apartment is the perfect couple’s or family retreat. This charming boutique complex has an elevated north/westerly aspect offering abundant natural light, refreshing sea breezes and exceptional hinterland and river views.
Perfectly located, take an easy 5-minute stroll to Noosa Junction’s unique selection of bars, cafés, boutiques and two large supermarkets.
The space
Giant staghorn-studded Norfolk Island pines fringe the exterior, and a short driveway leads to the front gate to the building where there is space for two cars in the secure double garage. A convenient, covered shower is also located on this level. You can enter the apartment via the lift or stairs from the garage.
Enter the exclusive foyer with wide double glass doors offering views through the apartment and out to the front window. Before entering, the sandstone-paved courtyard on the right will catch your eye. This beautiful and secluded space features an azure mosaic-tiled pool, olive tree, bougainvillea-espaliered wall and awning that partially covers the pool.
On the north side are three bedrooms. The first features two single beds with louvre shutters that can be fully opened to enjoy the private pool view. Next door is the stunning main bedroom, which also looks out to the pool area, featuring a double bed and an impressive walk-through robe. The expansive terrazzo-tiled ensuite has a large walk-in shower and double vanities. The third bedroom features a king bed, a built-in robe with a leafy outlook and access to the wrap-around balcony.
Opposite the bedrooms is the large, family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, a separate powder room and laundry with a washer and dryer.
The stone floored hallway in shades of ivory and with jade-hued trim, flows into the beautifully lit open plan living space. The modern lounge area has two sofas and a TV. The dining area seats 6 people and smoothly transitions into the outdoor patio area taking advantage of the fresh breeze. The custom-built, galley-style kitchen has stainless steel and black granite counter tops, long island/breakfast bar, designer pendants and premium appliances.
Banks of louvres and plantation shutters designed as breezeways, are throughout, enabling you to easily control the flow of light and air. The large terrace wraps around the north and westerly sides and is the perfect area for entertaining and dining alfresco. Soak up the incredible views of the Noosa River, Noosa Sound waterways and the Hinterland, where you will be treated to dazzling sunsets.
Ducted air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
