About this property
Sitting high up on Noosa Hill above the beautiful enclave of Little Cove is majestic 13 Bayview Road.
Spacious, light-filled and with ample outdoor space to take advantage of the ocean views and breezes, the property sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Ideal for families, this home offers vast landscaped lawns that back onto the Noosa National Park and an ample pool area, perfect to take in the tropical climate.
Designed by renowned local architect Ken Robinson, the nautical but deco influences include curved decks complemented by clever sail-like awnings which are the basis of the property’s character.
The space
13 Bayview Road is split across 3 levels with the private master suite taking pride of place on the upper level. The bedroom has a King bed, large ensuite with shower and a walk-in robe. It has its own outdoor deck area with a cosy 2-seater lounge suite – enjoy sunrises and sunsets from here or spot passing dolphins and whales.
The main living area is on the middle level and combines a modern kitchen, dining and lounge area. A soaring vaulted ceiling and lots of sliding doors that lead out to the deck, allow the ocean breezes to flow through while enjoying the views.
On the lower entrance level, there are 2 guest bedrooms and a second lounge area with sliding doors out to the lower deck. Both bedrooms have 2 x King Singles that can form a King bed on request. The room at the front of the house has access to the front deck, while the other accesses the native bush at the rear from a smaller deck. These rooms share another very spacious bathroom with a shower.
Bayview Road is nestled on the edge of the Noosa National Park. Stroll down the hill to Little Cove Beach or along the coastal boardwalk to the Park with its various walking trails.
Stroll in the opposite direction and you’ll find yourself on Hastings Street. Alternatively, you can take a shorter route down a flight of wooden stairs, accessed from a nearby street.
