About this property
12 Ravenwood Drive on Noosa Sound is a brand new 5-bedroom waterfront residence with a private beach and shared boat jetty.
Beautifully styled throughout using stone and timber in calming neutral tones, this is a wonderful holiday home for extended families or groups of friends. There is lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
The space
The main focus of the home is the very spacious living area that flows out to the beach and poolside terrace. Slide back the fully stacking glass doors and create a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining area.
The very modern sleek kitchen is fully-equipped and features Miele appliances and a wine fridge.
There is indoor dining for 8 with a breakfast bar to seat 4, in addition to outdoor dining for 8. Daybeds and beanbags are perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the river views from. Or take a dip in the pool to the side of the house, also with a spacious deck area to catch some rays from.
On the lower level, there are 4 bedrooms – two rooms have twin singles, the others have Queen beds. One of the Queen rooms has an ensuite with a shower, while the others share a spacious bathroom with a bath and separate shower.
All rooms have ceiling fans but only the Queen room with ensuite has air-conditioning. This room also overlooks the lush tropical garden at the front of the property.
The upper level is given over to the master suite, with Queen bed. Walk through the large dressing area to a cool ensuite with a shower. This room has its own ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and TV. Louvred shutters provide plenty of airflow from the river breezes.

Location
12 Ravenwood Drive is a 15-minute easy flat walk to Hastings Street and Main Beach – or hop on the bus that passes by on Noosa Parade nearby. A 10-minute walk in the other direction will take you to Quamby Place, where you’ll find award-winning restaurants such as Wasabi, Rickys, Woodfire Grill and Rocksalt.
Of course, with your own private beach, pool and boat jetty you might not want to venture further that the front door during your stay here! But if you do this property is very well placed to get you to all of Noosa’s main attractions with ease.
