About this property
101 Upper Hastings Street is a secluded and relaxed Balinese-inspired home from which to enjoy your luxury Noosa holiday. It is nestled peacefully amongst the rainforest but is just a 10-minute walk from Hastings Street.
The property offers a split-level main house to sleep 8 and an adjacent smaller villa to sleep 2. The setup is perfect for accommodating grandparents visiting friends, or those who just want to get away from it all.
101 Upper Hastings Street has 3 bedrooms situated on the lower level. The large master suite has a King bed, a walk-in robe, and a very spacious en-suite with a freestanding bath, double vanities, and a walk-in rain shower. There is a separate WC. A private wraparound deck with comfortable seating is perfect for peaceful contemplation and enjoying the sounds of nature that are all around you here.
Bedroom 2 has two singles, which can be made to a King on request, and a wall-mounted TV. Bedroom 3 has a double, single & trundle bed to sleep 4. These rooms share a bathroom with a shower and double vanity. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a laundry with a washer and dryer on this level which opens out onto a small deck.
The upper level is given over to the living area, with a large open-plan modern kitchen and dining table to sit 8. Two huge couches offer a relaxed place to enjoy a good book. There is a separate enclosed media room with a large SmartTV.
The living area opens out onto a large shaded and peaceful deck, with an outdoor dining table, a large BBQ, and daybeds.
The separate villa is connected to the main house by a wooden walkway, passing the outdoor shower on the way. It sleeps two guests in a Queen bed and has its own air-conditioned living area with a lovely leafy outlook. There is a SmartTV, fridge, and sink. The spacious ensuite has double vanities and a walk-in rain shower.
There is parking for two cars in the secure remote access garage, with room for two more in front of the garage. The house is in a complex of 3 so shares the driveway with the other properties. Guests should take care of the approach as the driveway is quite steep.
101 Upper Hastings St is situated on Noosa Hill and is accessed by car just opposite Little Cove Beach. A 10-minute stroll down the hill will take you to Hastings Street via Little Cove Beach, or for the more energetic take 5 and reach Hastings St down a nearby flight of 250 stairs! The new all-abilities coastal boardwalk connects Little Cove Beach with the start of the Noosa National Park walking trails.
