Each room has its own ensuite, TV and a super-comfy King bed. There are a further two substantial bedrooms each with 2 King Single beds. These rooms share a generous central family bathroom with full bath. Entry to the villa is on the mid-level. Here you will find a family living area on one side, with TV and automated gas fireplace, large sofas and a sun-bathed study nook. Cosy up on the day bed and enjoy the sounds of the rainforest and the ocean beyond. On the other side of the entrance is the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with fittings that you would expect in a house of this ilk. The comfortable dining area is surrounded by generous glass doors that can be fully retracted to bring the whole rainforest experience inside. These doors open out onto an expansive deck with an outdoor kitchen & BBQ. The basement level contains a double lock-up garage with table tennis table. There is also a large media room with a 55” TV, X-Box, air-hockey and pool table. This is a great room to keep both kids and adults entertained. There is a shared heated pool and tennis court in the complex for guest use. Central heating & cooling, ceiling fans and every possible amenity is catered for here at Raintrees. Parties, gatherings, functions, and ’school leaver’ bookings are strictly prohibited.
