All the comforts you need for a fantastic stay! ✪ Property Overview ➜ Approx. 2020 ft² / 187 m² of space. ✪ Amenities ➜ Enjoy access to the clubhouse lounge, conference room, kitchen, smart TVs, pool, and outdoor lounge area, open daily from 10 am to 6 pm (weather and management permitting). ➜ Fully fenced private pool. ➜ Equipped with Six (6) smart TVs from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube. ➜ Highspeed internet access. ➜ Availability of 2 free parking spots (2 passes). ➜ In-house washer and dryer machines. ➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. ✪ Living space ➜ Spacious living room with comfortable seating. ✪ Sleeping Arrangements ➜ The master bedroom on the Main floor features a king-sized bed & an en-suite bathroom. ➜ Master Bedroom 2 on the second floor features a king-sized bed & an en-suite bathroom. ➜ Bedroom 3 on the second floor features a queen-sized bed. ➜ Bedroom 4 on the second floor features a queen-sized bed. ➜ Bedroom 5 on the second floor features two single beds. ✪ Kitchen and Dining ➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge and a stove. ➜ Spacious dining table to accommodate family meals and gatherings. ✪ Bathroom ➜ Four (4) clean and sanitized bathrooms with essentials. ✪ Proximity to Attractions: ➜ 15 minutes to Disney World. ➜ 30 minutes to Downtown Orlando. ➜ 33 minutes to Kia Center. ➜ 30 minutes to Universal Studios. ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Just a heads up, guests can’t use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home. ➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed. Car: Convenient access to major highways and roads allows for easy travel to nearby attractions and destinations in the region. Rideshare Services: Popular rideshare apps operate throughout the area, providing convenient door-to-door transportation options. Shuttle Services: Various shuttle services offer transportation to major theme parks and attractions, providing hassle-free travel for visitors. Public Bus: Local bus routes serve the area, connecting residents and visitors to nearby communities and transportation hubs. Bicycle: Cycling is a viable option for short distances within the neighborhood, offering a scenic and environmentally friendly way to explore the surroundings. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can’t promise you’ll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can’t guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off service.
