Beautiful modern single-family home located just 0.4 miles from popular Resident’s Beach. This home is in a prime location of sunny Marco Island featuring the most-wanted southern exposure. Including a large dock to fish off or to simply take in the view, this home is perfect for a relaxing day. You can enjoy a screened in lanai with a spacious pool or walk to nearby restaurant’s as well! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a pull out sofa, this home will nicely accommodate up to 6 people. Updated kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Power blinds on the sliders if wanting some privacy. Flat screen tvs offered in both the living room and master bedroom.
Bikes provided for guests to use. All the beach gear one would need for their stay including chairs, umbrella, towels, and beach cart to haul all.

Harborview will do their best but not always guaranteed to give reasonable notice to guests of when the owner of the boat may come and go. Owner of the boat does not live local and is in town periodically for a couple of days.***
