This renovated beachfront 2 bed, 2 full bath condo is located at the one of the most desirable condo buildings on all of Marco Island, the Sea Winds building on Marco Beach. Granite counters and stainless appliances in the kitchen. King bed in the master bedroom with flat-screen tv. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that will include the much sought after 2nd full bathroom some condos do not offer. Laundry is in residence here.
Storage closet located across the way from the elevators that is fully equipped with the beach gear needed while here. Unobstructed western views look out towards the gorgeous blueish-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft white sandy famous beaches Marco Island has to offer. Take in those picturesque sunsets each and every day from your own private balcony.
Not looking to get all sandy at the beach? Enjoy your time down by the pool area ,complete with a heated pool and also hot tub.
Sea Winds is located right next door to popular Sunset Grille at the Apollo. Sunset Grille is the only beachfront restaurant/tiki bar on the beach other than the hotels. Just a few blocks north of here are the popular restaurants and shops of Mission Plaza. This is the ideal spot to come and stay so book that trip today!
