Take a short walk to the lake This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is set across 2 levels and features a private courtyard area that sits just off the living area. The master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with a toilet, shower and separate bath. The main bathroom has a shower and toilet, and there is also a separate toilet downstairs. Room configuration: Downstairs Master Bedroom: 1x Queen bed + ensuite Upstairs Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed Bedroom 3: 1x Double Bed & 1x Single Bed. Wifi and SKY Tv are included – this includes SKY Sport. Well-equipped kitchen, and open-plan living/dining area to make for easy entertaining. House Rules and Information: Parking: Single garage can be used to park a vehicle, or to store bikes, sports gear etc. Please ensure vehicles parked in driveway don’t block the footpath. Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
