It is quite usual for it to seem very warm later in the day as it is fully insulated to hold the natural heat. You may need to open the doors for a flow through of air initially if you find it too warm. There are fans in all the rooms if cool air is required. Please be aware that the fourth bedroom is just removed from the main house (a few steps along the deck). This is self-contained with its own shower and bathroom/kitchenette, and therefore is perfect for parents with a young child, grandparents, or any guests just wanting a little more of their own space.
