Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. 🚿 Bathrooms 1 Full Bathrooms – Modern design with a walk-in shower. 🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces Open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. Spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. 🌞 Outdoor Spaces Large, open grassy yard with picnic tables and BBQ grills (please note the yard is shared with the other 3 units on property.) 🏖️ Beach Gear 8 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a wagon/cart and an umbrella (no beach towels). 🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating & air. Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. 🚗 Parking Off-street parking for one vehicle + ample free street parking in the neighborhood. This unit is located on the second floor, and is part of a 4 unit property. For those arriving by car, we offer off-street parking for one vehicle, and there’s ample free street parking available in the neighborhood. The Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is also within a reasonable driving distance, making arrival and departure straightforward. GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company’s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes. PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet’s behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Property Manager, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground).
