Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with full-over-full bunk beds and another ensuite bathroom. Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests. 🚿 Bathrooms 2 Full Bathrooms – Modern designs with walk-in showers. 🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces Open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all cookware and dishes, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, an island with bar seating, and ample counter space. Spacious dining area for enjoying meals together. 🌞 Outdoor Spaces Open balconies to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Multiple shared decks with space to relax and mingle with other guests. The pool is available all summer long - typically open late May through Early September. Please inquire to confirm exactly availability! 🏖️ Beach Gear 6 beach chairs are included in your unit (no beach towels). 🧻 Linens, towels & the included essential amenities Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating & air in every space. Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. 🚗 Parking Off-street parking for one vehicles + ample free & metered street parking in the neighborhood. This modern, spacious home is perfect for families and large groups looking for a luxurious North Wildwood getaway! 🏖️ Guests have access to the entire condo, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the open-concept living and dining area, and the fully-equipped kitchen. The community outdoor pool is available for your enjoyment (seasonal availability - typically late May through early September, please confirm dates). Off-street parking for one vehicle is provided, with additional free and metered street parking available in the neighborhood. Getting around is a breeze! Public transportation options include local bus routes that run throughout North Wildwood and connect to neighboring towns. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Parking is available: you’ll have one off-street parking spot, and there’s also ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Major transit hubs, such as the Wildwood Bus Terminal, are easily accessible by car or local transit, providing connections to regional transportation networks. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company’s secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes. PET POLICY: For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings. CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Property Manager, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground).
