In summer, enjoy golfing at Whitefish Lake Golf Course less than a half mile away, or relax at City Beach just 2 miles from the home. In winter, head to Whitefish Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding. Nestled on a private 1-acre lot, this retreat provides peace and quiet in all seasons. Enjoy a spacious yard, private deck with outdoor dining, gas fire table, and gas grill.
This single-level remodeled home offers 1,650 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to accommodate eight guests. You’ll enter the property through the front door stepping into the open and bright great room that holds the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room offers comfortable contemporary furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, a Smart TV with cable, and plenty of natural light from the large picture window. You’ll also find a fun foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, including a gas range, and a center kitchen island with seating for 4. The stacked washer and dryer are also located in this space. The dining room has a table bench and chair seating for seven.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, private bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds - Queen over queen and full over full. There is also a full shared bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo.
In the winter, downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort provides 3,000+ skiable acres, 14 lifts with terrain for all skill levels and stunning views. The resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! There are plenty of other winter activities from snowmobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing and more. Of course, you’ll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don’t miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!
In the summer, enjoy all the watersports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Whitefish Mountain Resort also provides endless activities such as mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, ropes courses, alpine slides, and scenic chair or gondola rides (with Glacier National Park views). Speaking of Glacier National Park, it’s only 45 minutes away from Whitefish! Don’t miss the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! You’ll also want to take advantage of the Whitefish Trail system with 43 miles of hiking & biking trails, as well as great restaurants, art galleries, breweries, distilleries, a train museum, golf courses and local events such as Huckleberry Days, farmer’s markets, rodeos and Under the Big Sky music festival!
Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.
Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Property Manager will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
