GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 10 minutes by car from the Cannes train station. It is 35 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. You have your own car? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD - Within a 5-minute radius by car you will find all shopping options for your daily needs, such as grocery stores, butcher shop, bakery, fish monger, open markets… - The Iconic Palais des Festival is 10 minutes away by car or by bus. - The famous Croisette seafront boulevard is also 10 minutes away by car or bus. - Beaches are within a 5-minute walk. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION There is guest parking at the foot of the apartment building. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes. All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
