The bright living room is furnished with a reception area including a convertible sofa, a television with a home cinema system, and a dining area.

From the living room, a large bay window opens onto a West-facing terrace. It is equipped with an outdoor dining area and a relaxation corner, promising delightful evenings.
The sleeping area, located on the opposite side, comprises:
