WHAT’S IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS Centrally located within 200 meters from the iconic Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette seafront, you will be able to reach other points of interests within a few more steps, such as a choice of top-rated restaurants (the New-York, Zoa Bar, L’Epicurieux, Fervor...), trendy or neighborhood cafes, and shopping opportunities for your daily needs. The famous Rue d’Antibes, with its upscale boutiques, is only 100 meters away. The train and bus stations are located 400 meters away, or about five minutes on foot. GOOD TO KNOW There is no dedicated parking on the property. Metered street parking is available around the neighborhood however it may be hard to find a spot. The closest underground public parking is at the Palais des Festivals which offers parking passes. Please let us know in advance if you need more information about booking one of those passes. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes. All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
