(Mattresses and floats available). No surrounding noise will disturb your tranquility with family or friends, as the singing of birds and cicadas in the morning is not considered a noise nuisance. Inside, the 170m² house, decorated with a taste for travel, is perfectly arranged and built over two levels, offering you: On the ground floor: - A very large living area open to the outside through large bay windows including: - A living room with a Smart TV (Apple TV connection available), sofas, and coffee tables, directly opening to the outside. A large selection of board games is at your disposal. - An open kitchen with a central island, fully equipped (small and large appliances, a complete range of dishware, etc.). - Independent toilets. - A laundry/pantry. - All opening onto the exterior terrace with a dining table for 10 people. - A master suite with a dressing room, queen-size bed, and en-suite shower room (without WC). On the first floor, you will find: - A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. - A third bedroom identical to the second. - A bathroom adjacent to these two bedrooms. - A fourth children’s bedroom with two single beds, dressers, and storage. - A fifth and final bedroom with a queen-size bed, Smart TV, chest of drawers, and a small dressing room. - A third shower room. - Independent toilets. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY - Access to the property in 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport. - 20 minutes from the A8 motorway exit. Parking available for 4 cars within the villa. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals after needs to be requested and might be for additional fees.
