It is equipped with a dining area for 6, sun loungers, and a sea view for your utmost comfort. - The master suite features a queen-size bed (160cm), a smart TV, a large dressing area, and an en-suite shower room (with integrated WC). - A second shower room with WC is located at the entrance. - You’ll also enjoy a 75m² garden with a dining table for 8, sun loungers, and private access just 2 minutes to Mouré Rouge beach! WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps down Rue du Cros Vieil, you can: - Join the Croisette - Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in the charming local shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket…) - Rent a pedal boat, paddleboard, or windsurf and try to reach the islands - Choose from numerous delightful restaurants in the area for romantic or friendly dinners (Duplex, Mouré Rouge, L’écrin, La petite maison, Le Tamaris…) And in less than a seven-minute drive, you can: - Walk the steps of the Palais des Congrès - Reach the SNCF train station to explore the French Riviera - Visit the cobbled streets of the old town, Le Suquet - Discover the city center of Cannes OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking is also available in the surrounding streets. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes. All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
