THE APARTMENT The apartment features the following floor plan: - A beautiful living room with large bay windows for lots of natural light, furnished with sofa, flat screen TV, coffee table and dining table for 4 people. - A separate kitchen with everything you will need, including major appliances, a kettle, a toaster and a table for your breakfast or quick bites. - A first bedroom with a great king size bed, a closet/dressing, a flat screen TV and a private balcony. - A second bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a large closet/dressing. - A complete shower room. - Separate toilets. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 10 minutes on foot from the train station, or 6 minutes by bus. It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. A private parking garage with lock, located in a building 100 meters from the apartment, is included in the rental. Need a transfer? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps in your street, the Rue Pasteur, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within a few minutes: - Do some upscale shopping on the Rue d’Antibes. - Discover the best eateries in the neighborhood (pastry shops, cafes, cocktail lounges, restaurants...) - Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront. - Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals with its famous steps. - Explore the Le Suquet district, the medieval part of Cannes. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, as well as your own locked parking garage 100 meter from the apartment.. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes. All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins. We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, external secure links are transmitted to you as part of our internal organization.
