Spread across two levels and measuring 260 square metres, Seafront Villa Noctessa accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a corner sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space, a dining area for up to ten guests with sea views, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A double bedroom and bathroom are also located on this level, while an internal courtyard enhances natural light and creates an airy, romantic atmosphere. The upper floor hosts an independent master ensuite bedroom with fitted bathtub, kitchenette and private balcony overlooking the sea, alongside two further ensuite double bedrooms with showers and balconies, a twin bedroom and an additional living area. The outdoor terraces are harmoniously integrated with the surroundings and furnished with sunbeds around the pool and jacuzzi, inviting guests to enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, washing machine, cable television and a fireplace. Daily housekeeping staff are included, with cleaning provided every day and towels and bed linen changed twice weekly. The rental rate includes a personal meet and greet on arrival, a welcome basket and luxury bath amenities. Additional services such as private chef, airport transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, excursions, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security can be arranged at an additional cost. Pets are not permitted. A refundable security deposit and any optional extra services are payable in addition to the rental price.
