The accommodation includes a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with both bathtub and walk-in shower, alongside two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds convertible to a king. An open internal loft with convertible twin beds provides extra sleeping space. Three modern bathrooms with walk-in showers serve the villa. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, WiFi and electronic safes, ensuring year-round comfort.
The open-plan living and dining area forms the social heart of the property, featuring a large sectional sofa beneath elegant lighting and flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and Nespresso machine. Outdoors, a heated private pool measuring 4 x 8 metres with built-in jets is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas. The nearest beach at Almyros and the centre of Agios Nikolaos are both around a 10-minute drive, with Heraklion Airport approximately one hour away and Elounda reachable within 25 minutes.
The rental rate includes meet and greet on arrival, a welcome basket, signature bath amenities, and maid service with linen and pool towel change every fourth day. Additional services such as private chef, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, excursions, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security can be arranged at an extra cost upon request. A security deposit and any applicable heating charge for the pool may be required prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted.
