Offering nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, Casa de Olas is designed to flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. The villa features four well-appointed bedrooms. Two are oceanfront with king-size beds, one offers ocean views with a king-size bed, and the fourth faces the mountains with two queen-size beds. Three bedrooms include private ocean-facing terraces, and all are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has an open-air bathroom featuring Enrique Zozaya’s signature outdoor showers, enhancing the sense of immersion in the natural surroundings. The main living level opens fully to the ocean beneath a palapa roof, combining a spacious living area, dining space, and gourmet kitchen. The rooftop terrace includes an infinity plunge pool and grill, creating a setting ideal for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons, and evenings under the stars. The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight adults, with space for two children under ten and maximum occupancy of 10 people.
