Charming apartment of about 100 sqm, perfect for 4 people, located on the second floor of a period building without a lift.
The property is located in the heart of Trastevere, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Rome. The area is well served and is a point of reference for nightlife. Furthermore, the strategic position allows you to easily reach all the main attractions of the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.

The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, moka pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, single sofa bed (160x190 cm), armchairs, Smart TV, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed (180x200 cm), wardrobe, and PRIVATE BATHROOM (bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet), split A/C;
- BEDROOM 2 with single bed, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;
- SMALL BALCONY accessed from the kitchen.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the bedrooms and living room), independent heating, washer-dryer (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Please note that there are numerous stairs inside the apartment, both immediately after the entrance door and to access both bathrooms; please be careful if traveling with children.
- The bathtub’s hydromassage jets are NOT working.
- The building has mezzanine floors.
To reach the apartment, you need to climb some landings.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.

- From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment in 25 minutes by public transport, taking the Bus Line H and getting off at the Sonnino/S. Gallicano stop, a two-minute walk away.
- From Rome Tiburtina Station you can reach the accommodation in 40 minutes, first taking the Metro Line B to Termini and continuing as previously indicated.
- From Rome Fiumicino Airport the property is 55 minutes away by public transport, first taking a train to Rome Termini and continuing with the Bus Line H to the Sonnino/S. Gallicano stop.
- From Rome Ciampino Airport you can reach the apartment in about an hour’s journey; again, you need to take a train to Rome Termini and continue with the Bus Line H.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The accommodation is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL); be careful if you travel by car. Furthermore, the property does not have a private parking space; it is possible to park (for a fee) in the surroundings of the property.
