On the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated and modern kitchen that is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family. There is also a dining room with a dining table, and right next to it is a living room that will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a sofa and TV. The most beautiful place in the entire building is certainly the beautiful outdoor terrace with a heated swimming pool (salt water) measuring 40 m2. There is also a jacuzzi next to the pool.
