Holiday Home Lantina is located in Pridraga, a small town on the northern side of Dalmatia, near the famous tourist city of Zadar. This place has a coastline full of beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, sunbathing and various water activities. Here you will have the opportunity to escape from the hectic lifestyle and everyday obligations, and simply indulge in peace and quiet.
Holiday Home Lantina is a modern house built in 2024, and with its 105 m2 of living space, it is ready to provide accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. It is fully air-conditioned, has 4 bedrooms: 3 rooms have a double bed, and 1 room has two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower. You can use a washing machine and an iron.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom, a kitchen and a dining room with a dining table, and a living room that contains a sofa and a TV. On the upper floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms already mentioned.
In addition to games for children, we have not forgotten about your pets. Pets are allowed in this house (max 1). You can play table tennis, table football or darts. There is a trampoline for children next to the pool.
On the outdoor terrace, you will be delighted by the 32 m2 swimming pool, perfect for refreshing yourself on hot summer days. There are also 8 sun loungers next to it. On the terrace by the pool, you will find outdoor seating and an outdoor charcoal fireplace, for gathering the whole family and enjoying sunny days or leisurely evenings with traditional Dalmatian food and drinks.
There is also a private parking lot with 4 parking spaces at your disposal.
With its beautiful natural surroundings and a pebble beach, Pridraga is the perfect destination for a peaceful and relaxing family vacation. This place is located at the foot of the Velebit mountain, which is ideal for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. The Paklenica National Park is only a few kilometers away and offers numerous attractions for visitors, including beautiful canyons and caves. It is only 50 meters from the clear Adriatic Sea, which is an excellent opportunity for day or night swimming and fun.
Be sure not to miss a walk through Zadar, to see for yourself the magical sunset, the sea organ and the light installation ’Greeting to the Sun’. They say that this city is like an open-air museum. During his stay in Zadar, even the famous director Alfred Hitchcock said that the Zadar sunset was the most beautiful he had ever seen.
Biograd na Moru is also located near Zadar, which every year prepares a program for its guests that includes a series of performances by cultural and artistic societies, dances, various open-air concerts, fishermen’s festivals, fairs of national products and specialties with tastings.
