This 58m² apartment features 1 bedroom with beautiful large windows and a sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 4 guests for a unique Parisian experience ! Located on the second floor with elevator access, the apartment includes a shower room with toilet. Thanks to double glazing, it remains wonderfully quiet. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for added comfort and convenience ! Situated in the heart of St Lazare street, this spacious and luminous apartment can welcome up to 4 travelers. There is a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious homemade dishes. Spacious and modern you will not miss anything: full equipped kitchen, television with a multitude of channels and internet. Pets are not allowed Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with its own high speed WIFI internet. All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home! A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration. Metro line 3, 12, 13, 14 and RER E is just two minutes away from the apartment at the Saint Lazare metro station. At the Saint Lazare train station, the line L and J are available. Metro ligne 9 is at 4 minutes walking at Saint Augustin station. Metro line 7, 8 and RER A is 10 minutes away from the apartment at the station Opéra/ Auber. Uber, taxi and bus also are available. Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM. It might possible to check-in with other hours, depending on availability, please contact me.
