This apartment is available for a minimum stay of one month under "Bail Mobilité" in accordance with French law (ELAN law / mobility lease framework).
To rent under Bail Mobilité, the tenant must justify - at the start of the lease - that they fall into one of the eligible categories, such as:
- Professional training
- Professional assignment / job change
- Temporary assignment (seasonal workers, temporary needs)
- Studies (including graduate studies)
- Apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all amenities during their stay.
The apartment is well served by public transport, with nearby metro stations including Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Sèvres-Babylone, Rue du Bac, and Mabillon, offering easy access to the rest of Paris. Several bus lines also run through the area, making it simple to travel across the city. The location is ideal for exploring on foot as well, with many of the Left Bank’s main attractions within walking distance.
Check-in: standard check-in time after 4:00 PM.
A refundable security deposit is required before arrival.
For foreign guests, in accordance with French legal requirements (CESEDA), a police form + official identity document (passport) must be provided. We use a secure online check-in tool to upload your documents in advance. This is a legal requirement.
