To rent under Bail Mobilité, the tenant must justify - at the start of the lease - that they fall into one of the eligible categories, such as: - Professional training - Professional assignment / job change - Temporary assignment (seasonal workers, temporary needs) - Studies (including graduate studies) - Apprenticeship contract - Internship - Voluntary engagement as part of a civic service Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and all amenities during their stay. A refundable security deposit is required before arrival.
