The home has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is 1544 sqft. This is a five-story townhome (including the rooftop), located within a gated townhome community.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Guest bedroom with queen‑size bed, bathroom w/bathtub and shower, closet, laundry area, and private mini patio.
• Second Floor: High‑ceiling living room with queen‑size sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area.
• Third Floor: Open loft with queen‑size sofa bed and a half bathroom.
• Fourth Floor: Primary bedroom with king‑size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, walk‑in closet, and a mini balcony.
• Fifth Floor: Office, yoga/stretch area, and rooftop patio with outdoor seating and great views!
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Two parking options are available: one guaranteed dedicated parking space, plus a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking for one additional vehicle. Please note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come, first-served and availability may vary depending on the time of day.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
