It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: Complex elevator. 4th floor. Self check in w keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Access to the balcony. Bedroom 1: King bed. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed - double & twin. Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway. Balcony: Peaceful. See photos! Amenities: Complex outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor pool combo, hot tub, and fitness center. Moreover, enjoy the spacious sun decks. Subject to operation schedule determined by the HOA. Beach: Nearby access! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner’s closet) along with the shared complex pool. Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. *2 vehicles permitted* Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 1st Saturday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
