Welcome to our 1 bed private peaceful annex on Hills Road
Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from Addenbrookes with off road parking & easy access into central Cambridge.
The space is completely private but joined to a detached house
Once you drive onto the property there is secure private parking for 1 car right outside the property please park on the left hand side & it has it’s own dedicated entrance.
The Annex has a separate bedroom, private shower room, private lounge & kitchenette with dining area, fast WIFI and a desk.
The annexe is adjoined to the main house on Hills Rd with private off road parking and private front door.
The bedroom has a double bed over-looking the large garden, with a modern ensuite wth a large shower room.

The kitchen has a mini kitchenette with 2 hobs, fridge and a combination microwave with plenty of storage. The kitchen area also has a dining table, all cooking utensils are provided.
The annex is heated and WIFI is included.
