This newly built, custom 5-bedroom home blends modern finishes with relaxed Florida living, creating a setting where guests can settle in, spread out, and enjoy time together. The walk to the beach is an easy approximately 8-minute stroll, even when pushing a stroller, and the home is conveniently located across from The Kraken Bar and Grill for casual dining nearby. Sleeping Arrangements Five bedrooms accommodate up to eighteen guests with a mix of king, queen, and full beds, including a bunk room with full-over-full bunks ideal for kids or multi-family stays. The primary suite on the main level features a king bed, walk-in closet, work station, Roku TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bath with a double vanity and upscale tile shower. Additional bedrooms offer comfortable layouts, soft linens, ceiling fans, and easy access to the home’s shared baths. Indoor Living The open-concept layout encourages your group to gather for meals, movie nights, or slow mornings before heading to the beach. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for cooking at home - from cookware and dinnerware to a coffee maker and basic pantry staples. The adjoining dining and living spaces offer room for everyone to relax comfortably, whether preparing breakfast or winding down in the evening. A dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi support remote work or school needs during longer stays. Outdoor Living The private backyard is the heart of the home. A heated pool (pool heating is $75 a day. Please let us know 24 hours in advanced if you’d like the pool heated.) and hot tub create a year-round oasis, while sun loungers and outdoor seating offer plenty of space to relax between beach outings.
