It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Just a heads up, guests can’t use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home. ➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed. Car: Easy access to major roads and highways nearby. Residential streets are well-connected and typically have ample parking. Convenient for commuting to nearby cities or attractions. Walking: Sidewalks and pedestrian-friendly paths throughout the neighborhood. Ideal for short trips to local parks, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and community atmosphere on foot. Biking: Bike lanes or quiet streets are suitable for cycling. Access to nearby biking trails or routes for recreational rides. Convenient bike racks are available for parking at various destinations. Public Transportation: Bus stops within walking distance, serving routes to nearby areas. Convenient for trips to locations not easily reached by public transport. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can’t promise you’ll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can’t guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.
