Sleeps 10. ➜ Conveniently located just 15 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Downtown Orlando and Universal Studios, and 33 minutes to the Kia Center. ➜ Enjoy access to the clubhouse lounge, conference room, kitchen, smart TVs, pool, and outdoor lounge area, open daily from 10 am to 6 pm (weather and management permitting). ➜ Fully fenced private pool ➜ Dedicated workspace. ➜ Availability of 2 free parking spots (2 passes). ➜ Approx. 1856 ft² / 172 m² of space. ➜ High-speed internet access. ➜ A life jacket, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are available for guests to use during their stay, ensuring comfort and safety during water activities. ➜ Equipped with six (6) smart TVs from which you can enjoy access to your Netflix or YouTube. ➜ The master bedroom on the first floor features a king-sized bed. ➜ Bedroom 2 on the second floor features a queen-sized bed. ➜ Bedroom 3 on the second floor features a King-sized bed. ➜ Bedroom 4 on the second floor features a Queen-sized bed. ➜ Bedroom 5 on the second floor features 2 Twin-sized beds. ➜ Four (4) clean and sanitized full bathrooms with essentials. ➜ In-house washer and dryer machines. ➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. ➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a large fridge and a stove. ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Just a heads up, guests can’t use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home. ➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed. Car Rentals: With numerous car rental agencies in the vicinity, visitors have the flexibility to explore the region at their own pace. Shuttle Services: Convenient shuttle services operate to and from major attractions, providing a hassle-free option for travelers without personal vehicles. Public Transit: The area is serviced by reliable public transportation, including buses and trains, offering an affordable means of getting around. Ridesharing Apps: Popular ridesharing apps operate seamlessly in the area, offering convenient transportation options at the touch of a button. Bicycle Rentals: For eco-conscious travelers or those looking to enjoy the outdoors, bicycle rentals are available, allowing for exploration of the neighborhood and nearby trails. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can’t promise you’ll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can’t guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off service.
