Please note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. ✹ Pool Heating: May–Sept: $150 per night, minimum 2 nights October and April: $200 per night, minimum 2 nights November and March: $350 per night, two night minimum December-February: Not Available Hot tub always heats free. ✹ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees. ✹ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us! ✹ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program. ✹ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain. ✹ CLEANING PROTOCOLS: As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us), and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.
