These luxurious suites feature 2 bedrooms plus a living room with a sofa bed, a separate living and dining room with a full kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable and complete stay

This suite is centrally located, you’ll be right in the center of bustling Cabarete, a short walk to many restaurants and nightlife. If you’re looking for a quieter experience, check out my Imperial Suites accommodations for ocean-view suites on the quieter side of the resort.
The Presidential Suites building is located behind the Imperial Suites building. You will have access to all the amenities and pools of the resort for both buildings
Due to the proximity to downtown, it can be a busy/noisy area, especially on the weekends. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, I recommend checking out my Imperial Suites home, which is located on the same property but facing the ocean.

At the Presidential Suites Cabarete, you will enjoy three distinctive restaurants managed by our food and beverage staff. For dinner, The Brick Oven is where you can see how your food is carefully prepared in an open oven
This casual restaurant features a variety of starters, including our specialties, pizza, and focaccia. Or head to W., a beachfront buffet restaurant with a rotating menu of international cuisine that includes Dominican, Italian, and Mexican food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At Mila’s Sky lounge, located on the top floor of the Beach Club, you can relax with a cocktail, enjoy Asian fusion cuisine while enjoying a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean. It’s a fabulous way to start or end the night.
Guest access
**Please note that ONLY guests included in the booking will be allowed on the property**
Additional day guests can be included with the purchase of a day pass at the hotel reception (the cost is USD 25 per day). A day pass will NOT be allowed in the room/suite and they will only be able to access the VIP areas of the resort (e.g. pool, ocean, restaurants, services), but not the accommodation.
Upon arrival, you will receive:

Linens and towels.
Toiletries (soap, paper towel, toilet paper, replenished every other day)
You will be provided with an orange VIP wristband at check-in that you will need to wear during your stay and return at the end of your stay.

After we confirm the availability and make your reservation, please send us the names of the guests and inform us which are the adults and which are the minors.
Present official ID (CEDULA) at the time of check-in.
You can get transportation to and from Puerto Plata Airport (POP Airport) at no additional cost. You must notify if you want transportation when booking or at least 8 days before you arrive.
An orange VIP wristband will be provided at the time of check in which you will need to use during your stay and return to the end of this.
The club staff may offer you a tour of the resort. If you’re not interested in club membership, just decline the tour.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
