Slow down in peaceful Sozopoli. This spacious 7-bedroom villa across 3 floors is made for big families and kids, sleeping up to 15. Unwind in the shaded garden with grapevines and olive trees, then grill on the wood & charcoal BBQ. Inside: A/C, fast Wi-Fi and TV. The endless beach is 10 min on foot, parking is free and easy, and Thessaloniki is 30 min by car. Expect quiet nights, salty air, and beach strolls. Explore nearby forest paths, then return for slow dinners under the vines at sunset. :)
We are always available for you online and offline
You’ll be staying in Sozopoli, a small seaside village on Halkidiki’s “first coastline” when coming from Thessaloniki — the kind of place that stays quiet, local, and unhurried, even in summer. It began as a refugee settlement after the Asia Minor Catastrophe, and you’ll still notice a simple, authentic character and a very down-to-earth coastal vibe.
The village is especially loved by families: you’ll have an easy, relaxed rhythm here — mornings at the sea, long lunches, and sunset walks. Around the village you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and fish taverns, plus playgrounds and sports areas, so kids can actually be kids without everything feeling “touristy-loud.”
And the beach is one of the best parts: Sozopoli Beach stretches for 3+ km and links up with Nea Triglia, earning Blue Flag awards in summer — great for long walks, space to breathe, and that “endless coastline” feeling.
Nature note: If you want a little shade away from the sea, Sozopoli also has a unique oak grove (“Pournarodasos”) in the area, which is a lovely change of scenery for a calm walk.
The group will have full access to the whole villa.
You’ll settle into a spacious 7-bedroom villa in the quiet beachside village of Sozopoli, Halkidiki — made for big family holidays, kids running free, and slow “lo-fi” summer days.
The home is spread across three floors, giving everyone room to breathe. You’ll have 7 bedrooms and comfortable sleeping space for up to 15 guests, plus 2 full bathrooms inside and an extra toilet in the yard — super handy when the whole group is coming and going from the beach.
Outside, you’ll spend most of your time in the shaded garden, surrounded by grapevines and olive trees. Fire up the old-school BBQ (wood & charcoal), share long dinners under the shade, and enjoy that relaxed Greek rhythm. Inside, you’ll stay cool with A/C, stay connected with fast Wi-Fi, and unwind with TV after beach days.
Parking is easy here — free and essentially unlimited. And when you feel like the sea, you’ll reach the endless beach in about a 10-minute walk. Thessaloniki is also close enough for a day trip — around 30 minutes by car — but most guests end up staying local, for the views, the beach walks, forest walks, and the unforgettable Greek cuisine.
You’ll be close enough for easy day trips — Thessaloniki is roughly under an hour by car depending on traffic, and the airport area is also within easy driving distance.
If you want, I can tailor this into a slightly more “luxury” tone or a more “super homey family” tone to match your listing title/brand voice.
