From here, the home flows into the open main living area, where panoramic mountain views immediately take center stage.
Living Room
High ceilings and expansive windows flood the main-level living room with natural light. A plush leather sectional and swivel chairs surround the electric fireplace, creating a cozy place to unwind. A 65” Art Smart TV provides entertainment for evenings in after a day of exploration.
Kitchen & Dining
The modern chef’s kitchen features stone countertops, a large center island with seating, and white stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range with double ovens. Fully equipped for home-cooked meals, the kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for up to ten—perfect for shared meals and mountain-view conversations. Step outside to the private balcony, where Adirondack chairs, natural gas BBQ, and crisp alpine air frame the stunning scenery.
Game & Fitness Room
Head downstairs for indoor fun in the game and fitness room. Enjoy a foosball table, pool table with ping-pong topper, golf arcade game, comfortable stools, and a 75” Smart TV. Primary “Zion” Suite (3rd Level): King bed with backlit mountain headboard, Smart TV, futon sleeper, floating desk workspace, and panoramic views. The en-suite bathroom includes a stone vanity, soaking tub, glass-and-tile shower, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 – “Crusher in the Tushar” (3rd Level): Bike-themed room with a queen bed, Smart TV, and access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this level.
Bedroom 3 – “Provo River” (3rd Level): Fly-fishing-inspired room featuring a custom full-over-queen bunk bed and shared bath access.
Bedroom 4 – “Deer Valley Resort” (1st Level): A ski-themed room with a queen bed, Smart TV, mountain mural, and access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the lower level.
A convenient half bath is located near the main-level mudroom.
