Located literally one stair away from Historic Main Street, this cozy yet refined retreat places you just seconds from Park City’s best dining, shopping, galleries, and nightlife, offering one of the most walkable and convenient in-town locations available. Skiers will love the rare and uniquely fun access — simply walk up one stair, stroll half a block, and ski directly down to Town Lift — while snowboarders can easily walk a few blocks to Town Lift for access to Park City Mountain; Deer Valley Resort is also just a short drive away.
With curated finishes, filtered drinking water, premium linens, and a warm, inviting layout, Park City Birdhouse is the perfect home base for a memorable mountain getaway where slowing down and enjoying Park City’s historic charm comes naturally.
The home offers approximately 1,800 square feet across two levels, featuring two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and one half bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

The thoughtfully appointed kitchen is ideal for cooking at home with all the amenities you need, including a 2025 Viking convection oven, electric cooktop, quality cookware, and both drip and pour-over coffee options for easy mornings. The adjacent dining area is perfect for casual breakfasts, relaxed dinners, or planning the next day’s adventures.

Goodland Wood-Fired Hot Tub – Optional Add-On
Park City Birdhouse features a Goodland wood-fired hot tub, offering a uniquely slow and intentional soaking experience — a rare and special amenity in Park City. With no electricity, the experience invites guests to unplug, slow down, and enjoy the ritual of a traditional wood-fired soak.
Important Hot Tub Information:
• Hot tub use is an optional add-on and is not included by default
• Guests must arrange hot tub use in advance and agree to the terms prior to arrival
• Hot tub fee: There is a fee that will for the entire stay
• The hot tub is heated with logs by the guest
• Detailed instructions are provided on a plaque near the hot tub
• The hot tub is professionally serviced and managed between guest stays
• If hot tub use is not confirmed prior to arrival, it will not be available during the stay
• This process requires additional preparation before and after each stay to ensure proper operation and guest safety
