Inside, the main living area is warm and inviting, anchored by a large sectional sofa and TV—perfect for winding down after a day spent cruising to the beach or along Scenic 30A. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and opens seamlessly to a cozy circular dining table for five, plus additional barstool seating at the counter for casual breakfasts before hopping on the bikes. An upstairs sitting area offers extra space to read, relax, or enjoy a quiet moment. Step outside to a private backyard designed for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Fire up the BBQ grill, gather around the outdoor dining area, or unwind on the patio with a cold drink after a sunset ride. Out front, a charming porch with a swinging bench sets the tone for slow mornings and warm evenings. With four bikes and a golf cart at your disposal, trips to the beach, nearby cafés, and local favorites feel effortless—no parking hassles required. Each bedroom is comfortably appointed and includes its own TV, giving everyone a place to recharge. The primary suite features a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub, ideal after long beach days. In-home laundry and convenient parking round out a stay designed to feel easy from start to finish. Located in Santa Rosa Beach, you’re moments from public beach access, bike paths along Scenic Highway 30A, and nearby favorites like Gulf Place, coastal dining, boutique shopping, and local cafés. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips. 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all! Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - The golf cart and bikes require a waiver to be signed. Parking Details: - Parking is available for 3 cars in the driveway. - Overnight parking on the street is not permitted. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
