This inviting, light-filled apartment sits on the ground floor of a tastefully furnished house, offering lovely views of the pool and the charming garden.
Up to four guests can take advantage of the spacious 550 m² green surroundings, ideal for unwinding and enjoying various outdoor activities.
There are two bedrooms with king-size beds for a comfortable night’s rest, while the living room with a smart TV and the terrace equipped with outdoor seating and a dining table provide great spaces for relaxing and socializing.
The swimming pool, barbecue area, and garden are shared with guests from another apartment, creating a nice chance to connect with others or to stay together as a larger group of friends or family.
Area description:
Rosini (Nova Vas) is a small place, approximately 6 kilometres from Poreč, the largest nearby city. It offers peace and tranquillity and is still just a few minutes by car from everything you need.
A grocery store is about 3 km from the house, as is the nearest restaurant. The nearest beach is only 10 minutes by car (4 km).
As Porec is quite close, we definitely recommend you visit it, as it is one of the most beautiful Istrian cities. There, you can see Euphrasian Basilica which is protected by UNESCO.
A wonderful aquapark Aquacolors is located just 9 KM away, and it is a great place to visit, especially for families with children.
