Cozy, recently renovated two-room apartment, located in the heart of Pescarenico, one of the most suggestive neighborhoods of Lecco, overlooking the lake and historically linked to the fishing tradition.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical courtyard and is accessed through an external balcony that leads directly to the living area. The living area, air conditioned and bright, is well organized, with a dining area and a new, fully equipped kitchen, equipped with an oven, induction stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a comfortable dining table. The relaxation area includes a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed and a TV.
The sleeping area includes a bedroom with four beds, consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and functional, with shower, toilet, sink, bidet and washing machine.
The apartment is completed by a private balcony furnished with a small table, ideal for an outdoor breakfast or a moment of relaxation.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but in the immediate vicinity there are several free public parking spaces, easily accessible.
Pescarenico is a quiet and charming neighborhood, a few steps from the lakefront. The center of Lecco and the train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot along the lake, or comfortably by bus. The area is full of services: supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops are easily accessible even on foot.
The location is ideal as a base for exploring the territory: from Lake Como to its most famous towns, to Bergamo, Milan, Valsassina and Valtellina, all easily accessible.
