One bedroom features a king bed for a peaceful retreat, while the second bedroom includes one king bed and two twin beds, separated by a privacy curtain to create two distinct sleeping areas, perfect for added flexibility and comfort. The home features a modern kitchen with new appliances, fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners. The inviting living area is great for gathering and relaxing, with a Smart TV in both the living room and the larger bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Step outside to enjoy the backyard overlooking the lake, complete with outdoor seating, a Weber grill, and a cornhole set; ideal for cookouts, games, and taking in the peaceful views. For a fun and unique touch, the garage has been transformed into a putting green, perfect for a little friendly competition. Pet-Friendly (with guidelines): Well-behaved dogs are welcome with the following house rules: • Maximum 2 dogs (no cats) • No pets on furniture • No pets in the garage • Please clean up all pet waste in the backyard! Parking is easy with space for two vehicles in the driveway, and the quiet neighborhood setting keeps things calm while still being close to Charleston’s most popular landmarks, dining, and attractions. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay.
